Branford House Custom Wedding Flower Package

Package includes Groom, Bride, 4 Bridesmaids, 4 Groomsmen, 2 Fathers, Michael, (14)Trio of Bud vases, Fireplace A (Main Room – 5-foot centered design and two side designs of 2 feet each) based on Portfolio e:mailed  on June 17, 2025 for Wedding on April 17, 2026 at Branford House. Initial Payment signifies acceptance of the terms set forth in the following contract: 

This agreement is made between Found Florist Farm ("Florist") and Lynley Gates ("Client") for the design,

delivery, and setup of wedding flowers on April 17, 2026.

1. Description of Services

Florist agrees to provide floral arrangements and related services as

outlined in the attached proposal. Services include but are not limited to:

Bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages,

reception centerpieces and floral décor

Delivery and setup at Venue: Branford House Avery Point

2. Payment & Pricing

A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date.

The remaining balance is due within 30 calendar days prior to the wedding.

Payments can be made via credit card payment.

3. Non-Refundable & Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the event is canceled, no refunds will be issued.  If cancellation occurs the full balance remains due.

5. Changes & Adjustments: Any changes to floral selections, quantities, or designs must be requested in writing no later than 4 weeks before the wedding date. If changes result in additional costs, Client agrees to pay the difference before final payment is due.

6. Force Majeure & Substitutions: Florist is not responsible for Tariffs. delays, damages, or inability to perform due to weather, natural disasters, International trade policies, transportation issues, acts of God, illness or flower shortages.If specific flowers are unavailable due to seasonal supply, Florist reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions while maintaining the agreed-upon style and color palette.

7. Delivery & Setup: Florist will deliver and set up floral arrangements to the venue. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure access to the venue at the agreed time to be determined.

8. Liability & Property Care: Florist is not responsible for flowers once they are delivered and set up and have an initial lighting of candles. Proper care instructions will be provided, and Client assumes responsibility for floral preservation & lit candles.

9. Hold Harmless & Indemnification: Client agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Found Florist Farm, its owners, employees, agents,  and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

Any damages or injuries resulting from the use, handling, or presence of candles, floral arrangements and any designs we created for the event and issues related to allergies, sensitivities, or reactions to flowers, greenery, or related materials, including any third-party actions, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the Florist's control.

10. Photography & Marketing Release: Client grants Florist permission to photograph floral arrangements and use images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
